How to Find the Perception Bobblehead in Fallout3
- 1). Head to the Republic of Dave, which is the most northeast location on the map. It's north of Vault 108.
- 2). Enter the premises and scope out the Museum of Dave, which should be on your left.
- 3). Look to your right after entering and locate a shelf behind a desk. The perception bobblehead is sitting on the shelf, with its hand above its eyes.
