Fibernet Telecommunications Service Agreement
- The service agreement mentions that all legal uses of telecommunications are allowed through a customer's Fibernet system. Telephone numbers are not a customer's property when he signs the agreement and may be changed at Fibernet's discretion.
- Fibernet lists situations where it has no liability, including willful misconduct, customer negligence, natural disasters, damages or defacement.
