No one who has every owned (or even ridden) a Moped can claim that it's not fun to ride.
And an analysis of the facts show that it's very functional...

The only thing that is debatable is whether riding a Moped is safe.
Both sides of the argument can quote examples supporting their position until the cows come home.
There are examples of horrible accidents and there are stories of people riding Mopeds for years without getting a scratch.
But when you look at the facts, you will find that the safety of a Moped depends on the rider.
Teenagers with poor judgment, account for a lot of the Moped accidents.
People who wear a helmet and other safety equipment AND ride like they are INVISIBLE are very safe.
Bottom line: Owning and riding a Moped is fun.
The safety part depends on the rider.
