Eating fruit when stomach is empty is a very common thing to many people. However, a scientific study has shown that seven types of fruits can't be eaten when your stomach is empty. This mainly because that people in the fasting state, the secretion of gastric acid will increase and the concentration of gastric acid will be higher.
