    • 2). Visit the college or university book store. Most academic book stores sponsor a text book buy-back program at the end of a semester, or before the start of a new term. Keep your text books in good condition, and you can obtain a decent price through such a buy-back program.

    • 3). Use Internet resources to sell your used law books. Your law school or its university community likely maintains a website that includes a classified section. Through this website you can post your books for sale. Check on-line for other classified ad sites. Look for websites that specialize in providing a place to sell law books. Try Amazon.com, which lets you sell used textbooks, including law books.

    • 4). Word of mouth is an effective means of finding a buyer for your used law books. Law schools tend to be fairly tight educational communities.
