Of course we have all heard of this time that we are living in as an electronic age.
Computers, phones, gadgets and video games all compete for our attention as well as the attention of our children.
It is easy at times to dismiss the option of going outside to play when it is so much more convenient to stay indoors.
We should never forget about the benefits of physical exercise though! And what better way to engage our children in healthy, physical activities than going on an adventure outside.
