Training Your Dog At Home

23
Without established boundaries is it near impossible to start and meaningful routine of training, no matter how harder you try simply because your dog will not know what is expected and will done whatever he or she had been allowed to do.
Fostering a good sense with your puppy or dog for what is acceptable and what is not, completely depends on the amount of effort and the consistent expectations you will need to apply in properly training your puppy or adult dog.
Your puppy or adult dog will view as the pack leader, you must have your mind made up as to what is acceptable behavior and what is not acceptable behavior all the time, every time.
With consistent approval of acceptable repeated actions and responses, plus rewards and praise, puppies as well, as adult dogs learn well what is expected.
This has nothing to do with whether your puppy or adult dog is quick to learn, but has everything to do with the fact that consistent activities on your part in training will foster expected and consistent learned behavior on the part of your puppy or adult dog.
What is to be expected are failures and the need for repeated action in training, so be prepared for them but, always without fail meet these failures with the a firm yet caring response.
This will go a very long way in establishing in your puppy or adult dog the needed willingness to response as expected.
Eagerness to response is naturally present, however; to do that in a controlled and anticipated manner is not and must be taught and reinforced in positive ways.
Praise, petting and rewards, such as a treat that the puppy or adult dog likes is always good practice for affirming a trained response or good behavior in an activity and should be accompanied by plenty of more praises and good words of approval.
Proving this type of positive attitude for expect and not so expect behavior during and after training will continually ensure success throughout the training within the your home.
