First we have to understand what child support is, a child support is an ongoing practice or process where parents (either mother or father) pay to oblige for the financial support and care of their children. Children can be of a relationship or marriage that has been terminated. Now a days it becomes a trend that we involve in a relationship, have a child and then we end up that relation or that relation has been broken up due to some unusual causes, and in other case we married someone and after having a child or children somehow our relation stays not the same, instead of figuring out the problem and coming out from that arise who will take care of child or children? If any of them is interested to keep their children with her/him and the other one will make a periodic payment for taking care of child, this problem, we terminate our marriage, we choose our way and go on that. Now the question is called child support. But in some cases they both want to keep their child or both don't want to keep their child, in both of these cases judicial give a judgment who will keep their child or sometimes judicial make custodial parents who takes care of that child.

If child goes to father then mother will pay for child support and if child goes to mother then father will pay to support his child financially BUT if in case of custodial parents, it can be happened that they both would pay for child support. They will make a periodically payment to custodial parents for financial support to their child, because it is a right of that child, anyhow they have to pay otherwise they will pay for that in different ways.

Right to child support has been internationally recognized. Governments enforce the parents to support their child which is known by child support enforcement. Child support enforcement law can be varied by country and states. In some countries or in some conditions parents keep their child for a period of time, meaning according to jurisdiction they are allowed to keep their child for a period of time, first six months child will stay with father and then next six months he or she will stay with mother and this goes so on.
