    • The company makes charitable contributions on both a regional and national level. Regionally, the company supports nonprofit organizations near its headquarters: Mercer, Somerset, and Hunterdon counties in New Jersey and Bucks County in Pennsylvania. The donations are made to organizations that provide services in one or more of the following focus areas: education, the arts, culture and environment, social services, health-care access and disease control. On a national level, the company makes charitable donations to institutions that provide access to health care or promote women's health. Assistance is given to specific programs and events or as a disaster recovery response.

For example, teams have been organized to help with Habitat for Humanity projects and the Mercer County Catholic Youth Organization.
