The actual truth is that you are not experiencing emotional problems alone but also thinking problem in your mind that you have not allowed it to set your free .Your break up may be the first thing you think about in the morning , which makes it to totally affect your days daily activities and life pursuits . When you go to bed, you think about the same thing, which makes you lonely ,depressed and emotionally down in the process affecting youre your daily activities from morning time to work time and even when you are out of bed.

Remember that our emotions responds to what we think about most of the time either positive or negative. If you think sadly, you will remain sad throughout the day, weeks and even for months .

You need to develop the habits of thinking happy thoughts in your mind , thoughts of victory even when you are having a break up or any other challenges in life ,do not allow life situations to totally weigh you down and affect the whole of your daily weekly , monthly and even yearly activities. When you think thought of joy and being happy with yourself , you will be happy and be able to overcome every breakup challenges that you may be experiencing.

You need to get to mix up with others in order no to be lonely and in during this you need to be careful with who you are mixing up with as you are coming out of a break and you need to keep things at the causal level .This makes you to start having great fun and be happy again and in the process with time you may even find a great person that is just meant and right for you.

You also need to let go of the past and dwell on a positive future ahead of you . Think of good things and re program your mental consciousness and your emotions will naturally follow suit immediately.

You need to choose to think right thoughts about your life , person and the future and do not allow any past break up to weigh you down.
