How to Use Rescue Remedy Before Competition
- 1). Place four drops of Rescue Remedy into an 8 oz. glass of water and sip at the first sign of nervousness. Repeat as necessary.
- 2). Spray two pumps of Rescue Remedy spray on the tongue for the same effect as a dose of the tincture. This spray can also be used as a body spray or room spray.
- 3). Apply Rescue Remedy cream to cuts, bruises, abrasions and bumps. It can also be applied to the skin at the wrists, temples and neck for a soothing effect.
- 4). Apply Rescue Remedy gel to sunburn, chapped lips, or bug bites. This topical treatment helps to soothe irritation.
- 5). Eat one Rescue Remedy pastille lozenge for the same effect as the tincture, allowing ample time for the lozenge to dissolve before competition begins.
