Taking into consideration the fact that the most expensive months for the summer vacation are July and August you could plan your vacation at the end of August or maybe in September.
This are actually the best periods if you decide to go somewhere warm because in July and August the temperatures are very high and you might have to spend all your vacation in the shade or indoors.
But whenever you decide to go the most important thing of all is to have fun and to relax with your family or with your friends.
There will always be things that you won't like in your vacation but these should not influence the way you feel.
