How to Assemble an Intex Metal Pool Frame

12
    • 1). Spread the ground cloth over a flat area free of sharp objects such as stones or branches.

    • 2). Spread the liner over the top of the ground cloth. Direct the drain valve towards your draining location, away from your home. Let the liner sit in the sun until it feels warm before proceeding with assembly.

    • 3). Push one of the horizontal beams into a sleeve. When the beam is centered in the sleeve, use the connection pin to attach one of the T-joints to one end of the beam by inserting the pin through the seal into the pre-drilled holes. Repeat with all the other horizontal beams. Start in any direction but continue to work in the same direction.

    • 4). Slide the vertical legs into the belt loop in the pool liner's middle so that the leg bottom is inside the white restraining rope at the liner's bottom edge. Place the leg into the belt loop and the leg's bottom inside the rope. Insert the leg top into the joint bottom.

    • 5). Align the holes and the spring-loaded pin so the leg snaps into the joint's holes. Attach the leg end cap to the leg bottom on the ground. Work around the pool until you have installed all vertical sections.

    • 6). Grab the pool's top beams in two or three spots and shake the pool to make sure it's securely connected. Tug a little on the bottom of each leg to make sure it is completely upright. Make sure each leg is positioned inside the restraining rope.
