Windows Media Player

• 1). Open Windows Media Player.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Sync" button.
  
  
• 3). Connect the Insignia player to your computer using the USB sync cable. Windows Media Player will detect the device.
  
  
• 4). Drag and drop the video you want on the Insignia player into the sync window.
  
  
• 5). Click the "Begin Sync." button. If necessary, the video will be converted automatically before being transferred.
  
  

Windows Explorer

• 1). Connect the Insignia player to your computer using the USB sync cable.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Start" button in the Windows taskbar. Click "My Computer."
  
  
• 3). Double click "Insignia/Removable Disk (F:)."
  
  
• 4). Double click the "Media" folder.
  
  
• 5). Double click the "Videos" folder. Drag and drop the video file in to the "Videos" folder.
