In Windows 7/Vista

• 1). Click on "Start" and "Control Panel".
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Uninstall a Program" link.
  
  
• 3). Click on the AIM software and then click on "Uninstall/Change". Click "OK" in the "User Control Window" if you are using Windows Vista.
  
  
• 4). Click on the "OK" button in the Uninstall window.
  
  
• 5). Click on the boxes next to "Personal Data" and/or "IM Archives" if you want to delete them
  
  
• 6). Click on the "Continue" button.
  
  
• 7). Click on the "Close" button once the uninstall has completed.
  
  
• 8). Click on "OK".
  
  

In Windows XP/2000

• 1). Click on "Start" and "Control Panel".
  
  
• 2). Double-click on the "Add or Remove Programs" icon.
  
  
• 3). Click on AIM in the list, and then click on the "Change/Remove" button.
  
  
• 4). Click on the "OK" button.
  
  
• 5). Click on the boxes next to "Personal Data" and/or "IM Archives" if you want to delete them.
  
  
• 6). Click on the "Continue" button.
  
  
• 7). Click on the "Close" button once the uninstall has completed.
  
  
• 8). Click on "OK".
