How Carrying Crystals Can Balance Stress
There are two kinds of stress the "good" stress and the "bad" stress and both of these are the best for us when they are in a balanced state

Good Stress: This is when you have exciting feelings being involved with an activity or sport, this can range from a carnival ride to any kind of participation and/or watching a favorite sport, to watching a movie or TV program with action and/or emotion. These are all forms of stress, however, healthy ones. We seek out and enjoy these activities and many times these are forms of enjoyment that diminish the stressful kind of stress.
Long term emotional strain, or what we could call Bad Stress is what wears on our bodies, our minds and our souls, this is the one that needs to be balanced and we need to create a program to get it under control so we don't manifest dis-ease in our beings. There are many ways we can do that, here are some suggestions

Laughter releases endorphins; which reduces stress and also dis-ease. Laughter also decreases cortisol and other stress hormones; it is also the best bad mood buster. It may be hard at first to just laugh, but when you remember to do it and you see how good it makes you feel, you will practice it on a daily, minute to minute basis.
Did you know that stressful and negative outlook can harm your brain, take for instance the war vets, being in prolonged emotional distress which can lead to memory problems, well it has been proven that emotional distress caused by stress and worry can increase your risk of memory impairment by as much as 40 percent. Even the fact of having thoughts on a regular basis (and/or consistently) that things will not turn out well is included in this statistic. The practice of positive thoughts is truly a statement for your health
Also when certain crystals are carried with you on a regular basis they can work to diminish the affects of stress and stressful situations. One of the best crystals for this is Kunzite, be sure to carry this crystal with you always and from time to time during the day hold it and rub it from time to time. Kunzite is also good have around you when there is seems to be negative energies around, like an argument, death or a serious illness.
