Ghost Bingo Game for School Halloween Parties

All children love to play Bingo and this Halloween variation is the hit of every school party. Be sure to pick up some inexpensive Halloween favors for the prizes.
Materials Needed
  • Orange posterboard
  • Inexpensive Bingo game (You should be able to find one for under $6.00 at a discount store)
  • Black Marker, Scissors, and Ruler
  • Candy corn

Making the Game
  1. Cut out as many Bingo cards as you will need from the orange posterboard.


  1. Use a black marker to draw the grids and numbers. Use the Bingo cards from the game you bought as your guide.
  2. Instead of BINGO, print GHOST at the top.
  3. Draw a simple pumpkin for the Free Space.

Game Play
  1. Call the game using the balls from the Bingo game you bought.
  2. Don't forget to substitute the GHOST letters for the BINGO ones. You'll get the hang of it quickly!
  3. Children use candy corn to mark their cards. Throw candy away afterwards!
  4. The child who wins yells "Boo!"
