The Unnoticed Calories in Liquids and Beverages - Be Careful With Diet Soda and Fruit Juices

15
The calories in most liquids and beverages might be ignored by most people.
But these unnoticed calories may be the reason why you still have that belly.
If you really want to lose weight and have that six pack abs, you need to be careful with your beverages and drinks and read those fine prints in the label carefully.
To show you how bad even the usual beverages are, let me give you some examples.
One of the most consumed beverages is soda.
A 6-ounce can of soda have at least 5 teaspoons of sugar.
On the other hand, fruit juice, which is raved in most commercials to be healthy and even fat burning, can contain up to 8 teaspoons of sugar in an 8-ounce glass.
And these 8 teaspoons are not artificial sugar but natural sugars.
This is due to the fact that squeezing the juice out of the fruit may not be natural.
Prefer eating the whole fruit instead.
Even often considered good for weight loss, diet soda is not that good for your health and instead can force your body to gain weight further.
Although diet sodas contain lesser calories than the original sodas, this does not mean they are low in calories.
The worst part is that these sweetened "diet" drinks allow you to develop a craving for sweet foods.
This will mean more sweetened desserts, which means weight gain.
Aspartame, the sugar replacement in diet sodas, is also associated with many side effects like higher risk of developing many types of cancers.
Be careful with what you believe in.
The best way to lose weight is to drink water, the best liquid without the calories.
