Overcome Your Fear

Many people suffer from anxiety.
They 'got a fear to go out in the streets.
Fear to talk on meetings, fear for small animals.
And you know what? If they just take the step to see a psychologist and work together at their special fear within some weeks or months they can learn to overcome it.
Maybe you think: in my case my fear is not that severe.
I can live with it.
There are more people afraid to talk in meetings.
And I just wear a high sweater, so they cannot see my blushing so easy.
Or I don't feel a burden from my fear on mice.
I don't have mice in my house! Or you are afraid of dogs and you just go out of their way.
And you are right.
Humans can find many tricks to avoid situations that scare them of and it's possible to live a rather normal life and at the same time keep and cherish your fears.
But what if you do know that it's not that difficult to overcome your fear? Psychotherapists handle hundreds or maybe thousands therapies to successfully help people with their anxiety.
They can heal really severe cases.
I think why shouldn't you try to overcome your fear? Maybe you even can do it by yourself.
I've got three steps for you.
They are very easy to do.
And you will find relief in a few weeks.

Decide which of your fears you want to overcome.
For example you don't want to be scared anymore of speaking in public.

Everyday sit 5 minutes quietly in a chair, breathe deep in and out for a few minutes.
Then you put both you hands on the chakra of your heart.
This is located in the middle of your breast.
Then say out loud: I, (your name), desire and I will heal immediately from all pain, emotions hurts and cell memory fully and for ever in the past, now and in the future.
So I will be able to talk freely in public.
I fully experience love for myself and other people.
And I enjoy doing it.
So it will be, so it will be, so it will be.
Then take a deep breath in and breathe out 3.
There are some acupuncture points that you can stimulate with you fingertips.
They can help to release your fear.
They are located above the middle of your chest just under the end of your collar bones.
You touch them with thumb and index finger and rub them while you say loud: I love myself and I appreciate myself with my fear of talking in public.
From the first time I ever felt that fear.
I let go of that fear now and for ever.
I replace it for joy in talking in public.
After that you take a deep breathe in and then you breath out, visualizing that you breathe out your fear.
For three weeks you are going to do step 2 and 3.
Just try it.
It's easy and you will be surprised to see the relief you will get.
And you will feel how easily you did overcome your fear.
