How to Keep a Cocker Spaniel's Hair Fluffy
- 1). Brush against your Cocker Spaniel's fur with a slick brush to remove dead hair and any debris caught in its coat.
- 2). Remove any tangled fur with the comb. You can also check for fleas, parting the hair from the root and combing through it.
- 3). Brush with the fur growth of your Cocker Spaniel with a regular bristle brush. Repeat steps 1 through 3 daily.
- 4). Give your Cocker Spaniel a bath with shampoo and conditioner about every four to eight weeks. This will depend on the level of outside activity your dog receives. Refrain from over-bathing your dog, as this can remove some of the protective oils from its coat and skin.
