How to Use a Record Cleaning Machine
- 1). Place the record onto the rotating platter. Secure the record in place with the clamp provided.
- 2). Turn on the motor. Wait until the record begins to rotate.
- 3). Apply the provided first cleaning solution to the record as it spins. Spread the solution evenly over the surface of the record with the first brush.
- 4). Remove the brush and allow the surface of the record to dry.
- 5). Apply the provided second cleaning solution to the record as it spins. Spread the solution evenly over the surface of the record with the second brush. The solution should create a thin layer of white foam.
- 6). Remove the brush and turn on the vacuum. Allow the vacuum to completely remove the solution from the record surface.
- 7). Turn off the vacuum. Apply the provided de-ionized water to the record as it spins. Spread the water evenly over the surface of the record with the third brush.
- 8). Remove the brush and turn on the vacuum. Allow the vacuum to completely remove the water from the record surface.
- 9). Turn off the vacuum and the motor. Unclasp the record and flip it to the other side. Repeat the previous steps to clean the other side of the record.
