• There are many resources on the Web for electronics repair, including forums where people discuss issues that they are having, videos to demonstrate how repairs are done and sites devoted to repair manuals and user guides. When searching be as specific as possible about the make and model of the appliance or device you are trying to repair.

• The books available on electronics repair include basic home repair manuals that cover frequently encountered home problems to do it yourself manuals for specific devices such as televisions and computers. In some cases there are also DVDs available. With a little shopping around you may be able to find used copies of some of these.
