Anxiety Attack Symptoms - Easy Treatment

25
Your palms are sweaty, your hearts about to pop out of your chest, you can't breath, you can't swallow, maybe your dizzy or nauseous; these are all symptoms of an anxiety attack.
We all experience anxiety on some level.
It's that rush of adrenaline that when used in the right way helps us focus and stay alert so that we can perform at our best.
The problem is when we don't know how to handle these feelings.
We fill our minds with negative panicked thoughts: am I going crazy? Am I going to make a fool of myself? Am I going to die? People who suffer from anxiety attacks or panic attacks are in most cases general anxiety sufferers as well.
And the root of the problem is low self esteem and negative thoughts.
When you put your fate and your happiness in the hands of others you loose every time.
Always looking for approval leads to the belief you need it in order to affirm your worth or value.
But it's your life and the only person who can make it worth while is you.
You need to stop and remember to love yourself first and focus on your good lovable qualities because no matter how messed up you might feel or think you are, you have special outstanding qualities that are just waiting to be expressed and taken advantage of.
And believe me when I say you're not alone.
Millions of people suffer from anxiety and do nothing about it for years, believing they deserve it or it's just the way life is.
But if you're reading this right now you know something is wrong, you know you are not where you want to be.
And this is the most important thing you can do, but it's only the first step.
If you're playing chess and you move that first pawn, you might be planning ahead orchestrating your every move all the way to checkmate, but you had to make the first step; that is what you are doing now.
I have suffered from anxiety for most of my life, but through understanding I'm not a victim or a bystander has led me to search for solutions.
And while learning techniques like positive thinking and self assurance and excepting the fear and acting anyway has helped me, there is something a little more counterintuitive.
What if instead of only relaying on only what you learn you could change the way your mind organizes and relates things by increasing the amount of neural pathways? Something done by simply listening to sound waves that force your brain to operate on a certain frequency that in turn creates more connections in your mind.
One minuet of your time and you can see for yourself.
