If you knew you were a jerk to her, admit it.
You knew and she knew.
Reassure her you are willing to change your way of thinking and behaving.
If she believes you don't prove her wrong.
Be honest in your desire to change.
In the end give her time to reconsider taking you back.
You will need to practice the art of patience.
While she is making up her mind don't pressure her.
