Ideas for Sleepover Party Favors
- Make the guests a basic travel kit as a party favor. Write each guest's name on a bag and give it to her as she arrives to the party. The bag can include items she will need at the sleepover like a small brush, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, dental floss and a compact mirror. For boys' party favors, add other items like plastic bugs or action heroes. For girls' party favor bags, also include hair glitter and hair accessories.
- Children can have a blast making crafts at a sleepover and then taking them home to keep as a memento of the party. Give each guest a white pillowcase. Guests can use fabric markers, paint pens, rhinestones, puff paint, rhinestones, beads, craft feathers and glitter pens to decorate the pillowcases. Other items the guests can decorate as party favors include cork boards, jewelry boxes, large T-shirts, like nightshirts, flip-flops and canvas tennis shoes.
- Create loot boxes that boys and girls will enjoy. Sleepover-themed loot boxes are available online and at many retail stores. Fill the sleepover-themed loot boxes with items, such as beaded necklaces, toe socks, temporary tattoos, small plush animals, personalized bag tags, stickers, glow-in-the-dark items and markers. For girls, include body glitter and rhinestone body tattoos. For boys, include superhero figurines and toy water guns.
- For a spa-themed sleepover, send the party guests home with a variety of spa favors. Some ideas include mud masks, fingernail polish, combs, emery boards, colored hair extensions, facial peels, face wash, body wash, bars of soap, and nail decals. For edible ideas, bake several sugar cookies. Give two cookies to each child to decorate using icing pens, frosting and edible decorations. The children can eat one cookie and bag the other cookie up to take home as a party favor. Other random sleepover party favors include music CDs, candy, expandable growing face towels, crayons, coloring books and journals.
