Women in Theatre Project
Description: Since 1989, the Women in Theatre Project offers a highly useful directory of Women in Theatre as part of the Technical Production Commission. The project was created with the goal of establishing "loosely structured mentoring and networking channels for women in theatre." The women included on the Project List have actively identified themselves as proactive in assisting other women in theatre, from advice, to contacts, potential support and more."Women in Theatre" (TV Show)

Description: Produced by The League of Professional Theatre Women, the acclaimed television series "Women in Theatre" offers a fascinating and superb series of televised interviews with major female directors, designers, actors, lyricists, composers and producers from within the theatre world. The interviews are conducted by Linda Winer, who is the theatre critic for Newsday, and the entire series will eventually become part of the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive.
