How to Rip Movies From iTunes to a MacBook

4
    • 1). Open iTunes on your MacBook by clicking on its icon, which features a disc that is covered by a blue musical note, on your dock. The icon will bounce in your dock to indicate that the program is launching.

    • 2). Click "Movies" under the "Library" heading in the lefthand column within iTunes. The movies you have purchased using iTunes will show in iTunes' main window.

    • 3). Select the movie that you want to move to your MacBook. Using your mousepad, click and hold on the movie's title.

    • 4). Drag the movie to your MacBook's desktop and release the mouse, or unclick, to drop it onto the desktop.

    • 5). View your MacBook's download information, which pops up automatically, as soon as you drop your movie onto your desktop. It will tell you how long your download will take and how much time you have left before it completes. When the download is complete, you may open and watch your movie. You can move it to another location, such as a file folder, on your MacBook if you don't want to keep it on your desktop.
