Video Transcript
Today, I'm going to show you how to sell a good roof. I'm not kidding. Hey there, I'm Phil Pallen. I'm a social media manager and brand designer. We make different jobs, but one thing is for sure. We all need a good roof over our heads. So grab your Maslo's Hierarchy and buckle up, because I'm going to teach you how to market roofing strategies for weather damage. To market your roofing company properly, you have to communicate to your target audience. It seems simple but it's important. Have a message that strikes a personal chord. Maybe that means exploiting whatever weather is feared most in your region and show how your roofing skills can solve that. Get to know people in your community and spread the good word. Or how about this? Offer a referral discount to your favorite clients for telling their neighbors about your handiwork. Before you know it you'll be the talk of the town. After all your roofing company is local so you've got to keep your marketing local as well, right? Right. Also, get your company on line. You're not too old or traditional to simply avoid hat world any more. Have someone like me build your a simple website with who you are, what you do, most importantly, how to connect with you and while you are at it, get on Facebook and Twitter. It's the best way to update your neighbors with the latest weather and roofing news. When that big storm comes and they're safely sheltered, they won't know what hit them. Until next time, I'm Phil Pallen.
