How to Remove an Underline in PowerPoint
- 1). Open PowerPoint. Click the "File" tab. Click "Open." Browse to the presentation with the underlining to remove. Double-click the file name. The presentation opens.
- 2). Scroll through the slide deck on the left side of the screen to search for the slide with the underlining to remove. Click once on the slide and that slide appears in the main portion of the PowerPoint workspace.
- 3). Highlight the entire section of underlining on the slide, such as a bullet or title.
- 4). Click the "Underline" button on the "Font" section of the ribbon/toolbar at the top of the workspace. The underline is removed.
