Super Effective Eye Exercises Which Improve Vision! Here is Something Which Will Be of Great Help

14
You stare at computer screens and read papers all day long, your eyes burn in traffic and smog and dust, and the stress of long hours has your vision go blurry by day's end.
What you need are some highly effective eye exercises to improve your vision and keep it that way.
Blinking - Without getting into a discussion on human anatomy, let's just say that the blinking helps your 'visual machinery' take a breather, so to speak.
When you're working or concentrating on something, you sometimes forget or deliberately keep yourself from blinking.
Whenever you have a break, stop doing everything else, and simply blink once every 3-4 seconds, and keep doing it for at least 2 minutes Palming - Take off your glasses or contact lenses.
Sit in front of a table and put your elbows on the table.
Put your hands up to your face, with the hollow of your palms against your eyes, but not touching and with enough room so you can still blink.
The weight of your head should be on the heels of your hand pushing against the cheekbones.
The point of this exercise is to allow your eyes to function normally without needing to see anything.
Do it for at least three minutes.
Figure of Eight - Stand or sit like a gunslinger in a cowboy western - with your feet spread apart, knees bent and hands to your side.
Imagine a figure of eight horizontal (like an infinity sign) about 10 feet away from you.
Trace it with your eyes - first in one direction, and then the other way.
And like a good gunslinger, you need to be relaxed, don't clench your jaws or fists - relax the facial muscles and let your arms hang loose.
Just follow the 8 back and forth.
Hot Dog - You might have seen this one in the movies too.
Spread your legs apart, gunslinger style.
Zero in with your eyes on a distant target - something at a distance.
Keep looking and meanwhile, put your index fingers together and bring them up into your line of sight, about 8 inches away from your face.
Now imagine a hot dog has appeared between the tips of your fingers, in front of your face.
Remember - you're still looking at something in the distance.
Move your fingertips slightly apart, and the hotdog floats in front of your face.
Take a couple of breaths and then look directly at your fingertips and the hotdog goes poof and vanishes.
Again take a couple of breaths and then start the routine all over again.
Do it for 2 minutes.
