Ways to Make Money Online
In this economy we are finding ourselves trying desperately to stay afloat.
There are job layoffs, cutbacks etc and many of us need to generate some extra income to keep food on the table.
I turned to the internet to be my financial savior.
However, in the beginning I had no know how whatsoever regarding how to make an online income.
I tried a lot of different money making programs both online and off.
I'm actually afraid to tally up all the money I wasted.
I'm sure that number would cause me to become very ill - very fast.
Of course this one brief article won't get you from zero to 5,000+ per month.
You will need to conduct your own research and discover your own comfort level before moving forward.
What I would like to do is move you in the right direction assuming you are new to online marketing.
Firstly, you must decide what you are going to market.
ClickBank is a great way to start.
For those not familiar with ClickBank, it is a huge online retail outlet that allows you to sell the digital products in their inventory for a commission.
These commissions can pay you up to 75% of the cost of the product as an affiliate.
ClickBank even has a section for new affiliates to help you get started.
They cover my personal favorite method of marketing products; pay per click advertising.
Pay per click is great when you know what you are doing.
In the beginning I lost a great deal of money on PPC.
I simply didn't scale my ads and ended up wasting lots of money on Google ads.
Oh well, live and learn.
My advice would be make sure you have money you don't mind losing when testing your online advertising.
If need be, work overtime to get the cash you need.
There is actually a whole list of things you can do to get money for your online business.
You can start a dog walking business,mow lawns or rake leaves,deliver pizza,have a garage sale.
Some research centers will pay you for participating in some kind of survey or research study.
I don't recommend the online surveys.
maybe there are some legitimate ones out there, but I tried three and they all fell short on their promises of making $75-$200 a day.
But here is what did work for me.
I went to the free section on craigslist.
This is the section where people had left over garage sale items, or just needed to get rid of something.
I would then take the items to a pawn shop and sell it for cash.
All it took me was time.
So by all means, do what you need to do to get started.
Just don't use your grocery money to pay for your Google, or other online ads.
It won't be for long if you have the right information, and the end result could be $5,000 a month or more.
