Unlock the Phone

• 1). Press any key on the phone. A message will appear prompting you to enter your unlock code.
  
  
• 2). Enter your unlock code using the numeric keypad. If you forget your unlock code try "12345." If this does not work, contact your service provider for help unlocking your phone.
  
  
• 3). Wait a moment as your phone is unlocked.
  
  

Unlock SIM Card

• 1). Switch off the Motorola i425 iDEN and turn it back on again. A message will appear asking for your SIM code.
  
  
• 2). Enter your SIM code using the keypad. If you forget your SIM code you will need to contact your service provider for a PUK code. PUK codes enable you to override your SIM lock.
  
  
• 3). Wait a moment as your SIM card is unlocked. You can use your cell phone as normal.
