How to Hydrate Eggs
- 1). Measure 1 tbsp. of egg powder if you need a medium egg. Put it in the bowl. Measure 2 tbsp. of egg powder if you need a large egg. Put it in the bowl
- 2). Add 2 tbsp. of water to the bowl to make a medium egg. Add 1/4 cup of water to the bowl to make a large egg.
- 3). Whisk the powder and water together. Continue stirring until the mixture is even.
- 4). Use the rehydrated eggs within two hours of mixing. Once hydrated, powdered eggs respond to open air and lengthy storage exactly like cracked fresh eggs.
