When you have been struggling for what seems like an eternity to find a cure for panic attacks you may feel by now that it's an impossible task.
But there is something you can do when everything else has failed.

You will need to work at reducing the stress and anxiety in your life as these are what lead to panic attacks.

Dehydration can cause headaches and dizziness leading to stress.
Water is needed by the body to enable the blood flow to carry the vital nutrients to where they are needed.
There are certain things which you should avoid consuming when you are aiming to cure this condition.
This means having to cut out sugar and white flour.
You can use honey as a sweetener and eat wholegrain or wholemeal bread.
Ideally you should try to eat a mainly low carb diet.
This should include foods such as meat, eggs, fish, cheese and vegetables including broccoli and cauliflower.
Exercise is a therapy in itself.
A bike ride or a jog or even a gentle walk, in fact anything that gets you out of doors into the fresh air will relieve your stress.
If you take a daily stroll through a park, especially if it's a sunny day you cant but help feeling better.
