Heartland Law Enforcement Training
- The American Heartland Training Institute was founded by Roy Orth, Mark Jones and Gary Hacker. While in the Kansas City, Missouri, police department, Orth developed the department's records management system and created training and operations manuals. He founded the institute after his retirement from the police department in 2007.
