"My car got dented.
" "My son got a D minus on his term paper.
" "My sister has cancer.
" It's the story we attach to the information that takes us down.
Any life experience we're living that we don't like, we can call contrast.
Contrast, when viewed as information, will serve us very well.
Contrast simply points us to what is NOT wanted.
Once we know what is not wanted, we now have a very clear point of reference for what IS wanted.
Contrast, when viewed as information provides clarity.
When you have clarity, you can start making statements and start flowing energy and intention to what you want.
You now have the Universe assisting you in attracting what you want.
For example, "My car got dented" might provide you with new desires such as, "I want to park where there's plenty of room between cars.
Where it's easy to get in and out of my car".
The low grade on your son's term paper might produce your desires for his well-being and clarity.
Your sister having a cancer diagnosis might stimulate your desires to flow love, compassion and healing intentions her way.
Contrast can provide amazing opportunities for insight, clarity and creation.
Contrast has provided clarity and has produced a fresh desire so you can put your attention on what's wanted.
Contrast, when viewed as information (minus the drama), provides elements that produce a greater range of dynamic expression.
No artist, inventor, or creator would ever want to live in a world without contrast.
