    • 1). Unpack the box and ensure all parts are present and intact.

    • 2). Stand up the rear section vertically with the u-bolt assembly on top and facing away. Unfold the elements from bottom to top until they snap into place in their black plastic blocks. Set the rear half aside.

    • 3). Unfold all the elements in the front section. Remove the bolt, hex nut and director element from the boom.

    • 4). Attach the two sections together by sliding the front boom into the rear boom, taking care to feed the UHF phasing lines into the middle holes at the top of the cartridge housing and then into the slotted pegs inside the housing. Also take care that the phasing lines do not contact the metal bracket or the antenna boom. Unfold the UHF directors and set the entire assembly aside.

    • 5). Unfold the elements on the corner reflector booms. Attach the corner reflector booms to the main boom using the supplied bolts and nuts.

    • 6). Remove the bolts and hex nuts from the boom brace. Install the boom brace to the top corner reflector, only finger-tightening the bolts and hex nuts. Swing down the boom brace's other side onto the rear corner reflector and attach it with the bolt and hex nut. Tighten both sets of bolts and nuts.

    • 7). Attach the cartridge housing cover by securely locking down all four snaps.

    • 8). Slide the rubber boot over the end of the coaxial cable, attach the F-connector to it and attach the cable to the cartridge housing. Slide the boot over the boot collar.

    • 9). Mount the antenna to your mast by first loosening the nuts on the main boom and the brace mast clamps. Slide both mast clamps over the mast and tighten the brace mast clamp. Slide the main boom mast clamp down the mast until it supports the main boom, then tighten it down.

Secure the 75-ohm coaxial cable down-lead with tape or plastic wire ties to prevent wind-whipping.
