Technical trainers may be required to develop computer software and programming applications; work with project managers to conduct a training needs analysis and course evaluation; prepare system training databases for training courses; assemble user guides and cheat sheets, and ship them to the customer; and create test data for training via funding spreadsheets, manual funding data, release spreadsheets, and payment data spreadsheets.

    Qualifications
