Giving Disney Dollars

• 1). Make sure Disney Dollars are an appropriate gift to give. Is the recipient traveling to a Disney theme park in the near future? Do they have a Disney Store near their home? Have they been saving up for a special Disney purchase?
  
  
• 2). Determine how you want to buy the vouchers. Disney Dollars can be purchased at a local Disney Store, at a theme park or on Disney's official Web site. If ordering them online, make sure to allow for delivery time.
  
  
• 3). Place the Disney Dollars in a nice card. If the gift is for a child, place the vouchers in a card with a character like Mickey Mouse or Cinderella on the front. If the gift is for an adult, you can still place the vouchers in a character card, or you can put them in a more generic Happy Birthday or Congratulations card.
  
  
• 4). Write a greeting in the card. Here, you may want to include some information on how the recipient can spend the Disney Dollars. If they plan on spending the vouchers at a Disney Store, you can include directions to their local shop. If they will spend the gift at a theme park, you can include a Walt Disney Resort brochure to give them an idea of how they can spend the vouchers. • 5). Give the gift at an appropriate time, like a birthday party or celebration. When the recipient opens the gift, make sure to tell him or her that the Disney Dollars can be spent just like money, on souvenirs, snacks and other purchases.
