It sure helps get the momentum and insures that someone is watching the quality and image.
A few lower end mobile service companies are not so bad, as they might hire people who are actually somehow connected to a criminal element, which is actually good.
It gets the word out that your area is a "Bust" or no-fly zone.

What are they going to say? NO? The more local companies the better, as they have a vested interest in preventing crime, same with real estate folks.
