There are many reasons that women or couples write to me and ask for advice on conceiving a girl.  There's something very special about a daughter.  Sometimes, they already have a son and want one of each sex.  Sometimes, they already have a little girl and want for her to have a sister.  Other times, they are first time parents and would like for their first born to be a female.  Whatever the reason, there are some definite things that you can do to make these dreams more of a reality.  I'll discuss these things in the following article.

The Most Important Thing To Understand When You Want A Girl: If you want a daughter, it's very important that you understand that the sperm chromosomes that will make this dream come true (X) and those that will give you a boy (Y) have very distinct differences.  Many people believe that a male's sperm contains both and that it's fate or luck which decides which will fertilize your egg and determine your baby's gender.  This is not always the case.

In fact, there are many variables that you can manipulate to ensure that when all is said and done, there are as few Y sperm as possible when your egg is ready to be fertilized. Your real goal is to make sure that there are tons of X sperm and very few (if any) Y sperm present at fertilization.  One distinct advantage that you have is that boy sperm are quite vulnerable and weak although they are also quite fast.  You must take advantage of this weakness while counteracting the speed.  I'll tell you how to go about doing this below.

Early Timing Is Crucial When You Are Trying To Conceive A Girl: Most people understand that there is a sort of fertility window for getting pregnant.  There is one day during the month when you ovulate, but sperm can live for days in your vaginal tract, which extends this window by days.  However, for a girl, you want to hit the early range of this window.  The reason for this is that, as I said before, the Y / boy sperm are weak.  They are much shorter lived.  It is challenging if not impossible for them to live for three days.  Therefore, you'll want to conceive three days before you actually ovulate.

Now, many people will look at this and think that this makes conceiving a girl more difficult because it's easier to know when you've actually ovulated but it's much harder to predict when it is going to happen.  This can be true, but the right tools can really help. Saliva ovulation predictors can show you very accurate changes in your body chemistry that indicate that ovulation is approaching.  Don't just guesstimate your ovulation date and then move back from there.  Because being even a couple of days off can make all the difference.

Why You Want A High PH And A Great Degree Of Acidity If You're Wanting A Girl Baby: I know that it may seem ruthless, but again, we're going to be focusing on getting the boy sperm to die off.  We don't want for them to be present at ovulation and we don't want for them to be able to use their speed.  Another way to get rid of them is to increase your vaginal acidity.  This will ensure that any who have survived the early conception date will further weaken once exposed to this acidity.

Again, use the right tools here and don't guess.  You can get PH acidity testing strips at health foods stores. In just a few minutes, you'll know exactly what you have to work with. If your number is already acidic, see if you can make it higher.  If it is alkaline, you will have more work to do.  There are a couple of ways to raise acidity.  The first is to consume foods with a high PH and to avoid foods with a low PH.  The other is to douche with somewhat strong, but still safe solutions meant to quickly raise your level.  This is typically more than vinegar and water.  There are recipes based on what your reading was that can help with this.

You only have to do this until you've reached a high enough level where you're confident that the Y's don't have a chance.  Again, it sound ruthless, but it's necessary if you truly want a girl.

Avoiding Orgasm And Using The Correct Sexual Positions If You Want A Boy: You should use sexual positions that are shallow. This gives the vulnerable Y sperm further to go.  And, you should avoid orgasm because those fluids make your vagina more alkaline, potentially undoing all of the work you did to raise your PH.
