There's a new way of doing things that's storming the web.
It's video.
You don't need a camera to make videos now days.
The idea is to capture what ever is on your screen and do a narration with it.
It's incredibly free and effective.
My first video got several hits on one site immediately.
This is leading to subscriptions from people seeing the video.

You can of course use a camera.
Motion is really not necessary when making this type of video.
The idea is to have an interesting image with narration.
Talk about whatever to get the prospect to your web site where you can sell them.
It's suggested to give important information as well as entertainment for your viewers.
The length is best when short for two reasons.
1.
The viewer's attention span will probably be short and 2.
the file size should be minimal.
I try to stay under twenty megs by making thirty seconds to one minute or so of video.
AVI files are usually too big to upload.
My favorite file extension to work with is MPG or MPEG.
If your file size is too large merely compress it.
Most editing software provides for file compression.
There are a few free editing programs on the web that will allow you to compress files.
Video upload is becoming more popular every day.
Many sites are free to put your video on.
In the old days there where only FFA (link sites).
Now we have free for all Video Sites.
Apparently videos are found by the search engine spiders quicker then articles.
At one time making comments on blogs was the in thing to do.
The search engine spiders would pick blogs for a ranking.
Now the in thing to do is video.
Search engine spiders are attracted to video.
You can even video blog.
