They offer personal and profession web hosting. Their prices are low and they're very reliable (no uptime issues). They have 24/7 tech support, and I've everyone I've dealt with has been really friendly and helpful.

Other Comments

They don't offer phone support, but the email support is actually really good. All in all, they're a great web host, and I'm really happy I decided to go with them.
