Okay, so I came across this today, and, I must say, it's pretty awesome! It is called The Great American Condom Campaign - basically, it is grassroots lead by today's youths with the mission to increase US sexual health.

Every year, members of the Great American Condom Campaign hand out 1,000,000 FREE Trojan Brand condoms on college campuses across the US. They also try to educate their peers about sexual health as well as organize events with the aim of improving the policies that affect young people's health.

If you are a college student, between the ages of 18 and 29, you can apply NOW to be a Fall Semester SafeSite. SafeSites can be found in 49 states and at over 800 universities. They serve as individual condom distribution points. If you are selected, you receive a box full of 500 condoms as well as a Great American Condom Campaign sticker that you can proudly display on your door or window, so your fellow peers know you are a "safe place" to get free condoms from. If you'd like, you can also help to dispense sexual health information, participate in generating advocacy on your campus and/or host sexual awareness events.

Since only a limited amount of people are selected, make sure to apply soon! You will be notified by 10/1/11 if you are accepted and the condoms will be shipped to you during the month of October. This is a great way to get involved with making a difference on your campus and for college-students everywhere!
