The past twenty years with the expansion of the internet has made this easily achievable and lucrative (not to mention enjoyable).
There are literally hundreds, even thousands of possible ways for anyone to make a living from their very own home via the internet.
Are you waking up every morning wondering where your life is going, why you keep wasting each and every day trudging to your office while some people are heading to the beach? What you did in a previous life to deserve this boring, repetitive routine? Do you wonder if there is some way to change your life and be able to enjoy it? I would like to share with you how I have taken control of my own life, started working from home, and now am enjoying every day from when I wake up to when I go to sleep.
I don't have to worry about money anymore; I have the freedom to work whenever I want so I don't miss out on anything I want.
I used to be a corporate sales executive, working long hours every day, and often even on the weekends.
I thought that the money was enough compensation for me missing out on my life...
Ha! It doesn't matter how much they would pay me I was still never happy.
The more money I had, the more I would spend trying to make myself feel better.
It was a vicious cycle that was going nowhere.
But then I made a decision, I was going to start taking control.
So I researched about fifteen different ways of working for myself, from small on the side income streams, to running my own entire business.
I didn't realise there were so many options out there.
I decided to start out small, still working my existing job (although scaling back my additional hours), I started doing some paid online surveys.
It didn't take up much time or effort so it seemed a good way to 'dip my toe in'.
I did this for about 2 weeks, probably filling out ten surveys in that time and received a pay check of three hundred dollars.
I was quite astounded, I had only put in about three hours work, I did the math and realised I was earning a hundred dollars an hour without much effort at all.
Being a bit skeptical, I didn't just quit my job straight away, I wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke.
The next week I did a bit more and received three hundred dollars in just one week, and again the next.
Well, you can imagine I was excited, I had finally found a way that I could earn money working from home, live my life, and be happy.
I kept working my old job for another two months while doing paid online surveys on the side just to build up my momentum, but then said 'enough is enough' and quit.
That was two years ago, and since then I have kept on with paid online surveys and also started up another two separate income streams.
I am having the most enjoyable time of my life, I laugh at myself now when I think back to what I used to put up with just to earn a living.
