Improving your writing speed may seem difficult, and for some people it always will be.
That doesn't mean that you can't change how quickly or slowly you write, because everyone can.
A note of caution though, speeding up your writing should not impact your quality negatively.
You can write articles faster and still maintain a level of excellence in your content.
Always have an idea list on hand.
If you carry around a notebook with you and jot down your ideas as they come to you, you'll be able to draw ideas from your book when you are ready to sit down and write an article.

Leave it till the end when you are checking the article over.
If you switch gears to edit your words your time will reflect the switching of gears.
Instead let the writing flow and go back at the end and edit it.
Use bullet points or tips.
This allows you to get ideas out quickly and if you need to add more words at the end you can easily go back and plump out those ideas to reach your target article length.
By literally just jotting down your ideas in point form you will be better able to speed through the writing of your articles.
Keep it short and sweet.
A 1000 word article is obviously going to take more time than a 500 word article.
You can write two 500 word articles in the time it takes to write one longer one.
This way you have more content and articles pointing back to your site.
Not to mention many people now a days do not have the attention span to sit through such a long article.
They want their information and they want it now.
If you get stuck move on.
Can't get the words to come for that topic, put that article away and write a new one.
Then you can return to the unfinished article with a new sense of self and should be able to then finish it easily.
Sometimes our brains just need a little change of gears to get going again.
