How to Provide Remote Assistance to Customers Through the Web
- 1). Click "Start," then "All Programs," then "Accessories" and then click "Remote Desktop Connection."
- 2). Type (into the RDP client window that appears) the IP address of the remote computer to which you want to connect.
- 3). Press "Enter," then type in the username and password for the customer's computer.
- 4). Press "Enter" and you are logged in to the remote computer.
