The last thing to know about how to lose weight is that you will never get anywhere unless you get started.
It takes 21 days to form a new habit and the first few weeks are the hardest so dedicate yourself to a regular exercise routine and a new diet that is balances.
Give it 6-8 weeks and you will start to see results.
