Productive Use of Discount Cartridges in Small Business

28
If you are like a lot of small business owners, you have a lot of work to do but, at times, feel overwhelmed by the pressure. This, my friends, is America. We live in the land of opportunity. Here, you can start out as a dish washer in a restaurant and end up being the owner. You might be the kind of the person that can get excited at the possibilities, working so hard to get your work done that you rarely spend a full night in bed. You feel energetic and focused, ready to take on the biggest challenges. Still, there will be times when you cannot seem to tackle even the smallest project. Having one of those 'my brain is not working' days? Here are a few tips to help you get going.

First thing you have to do: get some cheap printer ink. With it, you can freely use your printer to print motivational articles, to-do lists, and all sorts of other stuff. Why discount? It is cheaper so you will have more money to do things you actually enjoy. Next, take a look around your office. Is it neat or messy? Do you even have room to set a cup of coffee on the desk or would you have to first knock a stack of undone paperwork off onto the floor? I think it's great to have a ton of back work to do. After all, more work means more money. Still, being constantly surrounded by to-do lists can cause stress. Stress and productivity do not mix. With that in mind, here's my first tip: put it out of your mind. Just write everything out on paper. That way, it's not taking up precious space in your mind. Start working on the most important task and do not refer to the to-do list until you are ready to scratch an item off of it.

Tips 2 and 3 would've been better organized as tips 2 and 2a because they go hand in hand. Break down and prioritize. The general idea is simple: break down a massive job into a bunch of smaller jobs. For example, if you are digging a swimming pool, just focus on removing one shovel of dirt. Then another, and another until you are done. After that is accomplished, all you have to do is figure out where to get started. Tip 4 is €Reward yourself'. You might not believe this, but it's probably the most important step on this list. After each 10 minutes of work or the completion of one subtask, treat yourself to something you enjoy. Do whatever you like. If you enjoy shopping for cheap ink, do it. If you've found that a good YouTube clip lifts your spirits, feel free (unless your boss disapproves). This will train your brain to perform well because it will know that a reward is on its way.

Tip 5 is rarely used, though most people have heard of it. What is this magical tip that can truly change your life? Take some R&R. If you feel like you cannot concentrate, that is your brain telling you it needs a break. Go out to the yard and spend some one on one time with your dog or go to a movie with friends or family. Whatever it is that recharges your mental battery, do it. When you start to feel more alert and energized, get back to work.

Nothing seem to be working? You might just have to get to work and stick with it despite your mental lassitude. Productivity has to be worked for sometimes; if you can get through the initial resistance, you can suddenly find yourself being super productive. To help you get in the mood, start by doing a few things on the internet that have nothing to do with your work. Something as simple as buying cheap ink can get you started on the right path.
