Every year we make our New Year's resolutions but we never get too far with them.
Today I'd like to help you get back on track with 5 hot tips to help you get the body of your dreams.
Tip #1- The first thing you can do to instantly start getting rid of fat is to cut out your soda intake.
Each can of soda contains over 100 calories.
If you're like most people you're probably drinking more than just 1 can per day too.
Once you quit drinking it you'll notice some withdrawls but you'll also notice that you're losing weight in your belly.
The best choice is to drink water because it doesn't contain any calories.
Not only that but it makes you feel refreshed and it gives you the energy you need.
Tip #2- The next tip is to make sure you're eating a healthy breakfast each morning you can.
If you start your day off healthy you'll be more likely to keep the momentum going throughout the day.
You'll be more likely to eat the rest of your meals healthy too if you start of the day the right way.
Another big benefit of eating breakfast is because it speeds up your metabolism so you'll start burning more calories.
Tip #3- I am sure you've heard this already but it is important to eat 5-6 small, healthy meals each day.
The reason this is so important because it keeps your metabolism elevated at a high rate of speed.
It doesn't allow it to slow down because you're eating every 2-3 hours.
You only need to eat meals that contain around 400 calories.
Tip #4- The next tip is to make sure you're exercising to lose any of the fat that is currently covering your belly.
Eventually you'll need to get up to where you're doing cardio 3-4 times per week between 30-45 minutes per day.
However, if you're just starting out then just walk for 5 minutes.
Each week make sure you increase the length and intensity of your workout.
Tip #5- The last tip is to keep some type of journal of your progress.
It's important to keep track of everything you're doing.
Each week you need to write down exactly how much you weigh so you can see your progress.
If you want you can even take pictures every week to see your progress.
I also like to write down the meals I eat and the calories they contain.
It's very important to write down the exercises you do and for how long.
Doing this will insure your success to getting a nice body.
